When you are literally about to grow feathers due to the amount of chicken you are consuming on a weekly based, this recipe could be a game changer. Although is poultry, I feel that turkey is slightly different, and has a more special note.

Pre-heat the oven at 500˚

Season… I used these two
Spray some olive oil on a (preferably) cast iron pan
On a, now super hot pan, sear the breast on both sides, until they look like this. (2 minutes per side max)
Throw them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes
Wait for 5-10 minutes before slicing them, to keep all the juices in
