Week 6: Follow-up session + Mindful eating/behavior modification and starting permanent habit changes

Change doesn’t happen overnight. Make the changes permanent with 12 weeks of coaching. Learn everything from healthy shopping to healthy dinning out, quick meals and eating to feel and look your best.

Week 7: Follow-up session + Develop “Alternative” meal plan for restaurant/takeout meals

Week 8: Follow-up session + Exercise and Eating. (Pre-and-post exercise fuel. Tips and recommendations on exercise programs to achieve your goals)

Week 9: Follow-up session + Mindful Eating Behavior Modification/Creating healthy habits

Week 10: Email check in + Food Dairy Review including nutrition analysis, feedback, and motivation each day of week 10

Week 11: Follow-up session + Healthy Cooking

4 Month Intensive Program

This is a four month package aimed to get you on the right path to a healthier and more fulfilling permanent lifestyle.
You will gain new knowledge and tools weekly that will work toward your new lifestyle.
