Ceviche-Ish Recipe
For the last couple of weeks I have been buying buying this new (to me) discovery: Paiche Fish – a South American fish (farm raised) and a cheaper option to Halibut or Chilean sea Bass- I am really digging the taste and the texture and decided to give it a twist and make some “Ceviche-ish” with it… I really liked it and will definitely do it again!
