Burgers! I love them – they hate me… Life is not fair! However, every time I make these “bread-less” burgers I feel I’m having a “real one” without the side effects! You can add the conventional ingredients (beef patty, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, ketchup, mustard, etc.) or get creative and make your own awesome version! This is the one we had a couple of nights ago! Perfect dinner and they were delicious!
